Our Work Experience program is designed to bridge the gap between aspirations and accomplishments, equipping clients with essential skills for thriving in long-term, competitive, integrated employment settings.

We facilitate placements within local businesses and agencies, known as “Work Experience sites,” where individuals engage in practical learning to prepare for their career journey.

Work Experience services are tailored to be short-term, typically lasting 12 weeks or fewer, and part-time. 

At Dominion Placement Services, we view Work Experience as more than a temporary placement – it’s an opportunity for personal and professional growth. Our program empowers clients to explore, learn, and thrive, ultimately shaping their journey toward fulfilling, sustainable employment.
